This property is accommodated for families looking to vacation with peace of mind, the facilities are perfectly arranged so that you and your family feel at home. It has 3 rooms equipped for adults and children, the patio area is the perfect place to spend time with your family either in the pool or enjoying a barbecue on the grill.( POOL IS NOT HEATED) -No parties allowed in the house. No smoke. Do not park blocking the sidewalk, no park on the grass, nor in front of the neighbors' house. The space HOUSE: Guests can use the property in its entirety, taking care with children in the pool area (POOL IS NOT HEATED), having the deepest part in the middle, and two lower parts on the sides. For security theres cameras in the property (All cameras are located outside the property). Parties and events are not allowed in the property. There is TV’s in every bedroom plus 70” TV in the living room perfect for family movie night. The sofa turns into a full size bed. BABIES: We provide you with a playpen for your baby, as well as toys, high chair, plates, spoons and plastic baby cups which, being plastic, you will not worry about damage and the baby will feel very comfortable to use it. PETS: We provide 2 bowls, a cat litter box, a dog leash, a flat bed, dog poop bags with dispenser and floor pads for your pet. -Our neighbors have pets also, please don’t leave your pet unattended or without the leash outside the property at anytime. Guest access All spaces in the house are accommodated for the use of guests. Other things to note -NO partys or events are allowed in the property -POOL IS NOT HEATED -Do not smoke -Do not park blocking the sidewalk, nor park on the grass, nor in front of the neighbors' house. -No loud music -Please be respectful with the neighbors. -The cameras are outside the property. -Full size sofa bed.
