Practicality - Suite at home in the tourist area

This listing is for a suite for up to 3 people, located on the first floor inside a house. Access is via stairs. Common spaces are shared with other guests. The House is located on a quiet residential street, on the corner there is a supermarket and Shopping Center, making the stay practical. It's all around! We are in the Tourist Center and in the vicinity of the administrative and commercial sector of the Capital. The airport is 25 minutes away. The space The suite has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, blackout curtain, SmartTV, Wi-Fi Vivo Fibra 700MBps, Air Conditioning, fan and Minibar. I provide bed linens and a kit with toiletries. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, bath and face towels. The closet has 2 doors and a mirror. For working/studying, there is a table with a chair. The bathroom is inside the room. The shower is electric. Guest access At the main gate, access is via facial recognition. In the bedroom, access is by password on the digital lock. You're free of keys here! The guest has access to all common areas of the house, sharing with the other guests. Your room is the only private space. During your stay I like to make the guest comfortable, but I'll always be available. Other things to note In addition to this en-suite, there are others listed on Airbnb, just check my profile for all my listings. Stairs must be climbed to access the suite. Please do not smoke inside the room, or throw things into the toilet. Visitors are not allowed. Our guests prefer a space to rest, so avoid noise after 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. We do not communicate via an external messaging app, only via the platform chat.
