The unit has two access doors to the unit balcony. One from the livingroom area and one from the secondary bedroom. If you decide to book this unit and are bringing your children/infant, we expect you to monitor them to avoid any issues- thank you! We have provided starter toilet items however we suggest that you bring your personal essentials for safety and hygiene. There is a paid parking in the premises but is first come, first serve basis. Several paid parking areas around the building are available. Cleaning mid stay is available upon request. There is a nominal fee involved for the service and will be paid directly to the cleaning team. There are notices posted in the elevators for all guests and residents in case of any upcoming maintenance that the building has planned in order to prepare everyone. Your host will also remind you accordingly. We are thankful for your attention on this matter. TOILETS: Pls do not dump facial tissues, wipes (even if labeled flushable) or other foreign objects in the toilet except for its intended use to avoid failure and not impact your stay. Unclogging/repair fee will be passed on to the occupant. POOL USE: Children/minors, have to be attended at all times by parents while in the pool premises. Proper swimming attire required and no glassware or bottles allowed in the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, please be responsible while enjoying the pool. Only registered guests are allowed in the pool. Only three guests are free to use the pool at any given visit, Pool usage exceeding 3 guests will be billed an extra fee of P250.00/person. Please see the reception lobby for payment. We will prepare the unit based on the number of booked guests for your convenience. We will provide what is listed and in case you have any requests, please notify us ahead in order to help coordinate your needs however any additional requests could be subject to availability and they could incur additional fees. CLEANING: Cleaning is available upon request for a fee. SAFETY: The unit is equipped with smoke alarms connected to the fire detection system of the building. There are 2 fire extinguishers in the unit and 1x fire blanket. A first aid kit is also available in the unit. All appliances are electric. ACCESS HOURS: Lobby area -staffed with receptionist 24/7 and a doorman -responsible for accepting guests ( will verify visit and identity) , residents & packages Pool -Tuesday to Sunday Open Hours: 8AM-7PM Monday- Closed for maintenance ( This is a building managed amenity, utilize at your own risk.
