Enjoy this beautiful, spacious (57 m2), bright (south-facing), very quiet and comfortable one-bedroom apartment. It is in a secure building and there are free parking spaces on the street or in the inner courtyard. The residents of the building are rather old and want peace and quiet and good manners. parties (bachelor party etc...) are forbidden. the property does not have wifi. The space The apartment has 1 large bedroom-office on the mezzanine floor with a large double bed (new bedding 160 cm), a living-dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped. It is on the 5th floor with elevator access and has 1 balcony facing south. Guest access The entire home is accessible to guests. Living there myself a few days a month, I leave some personal belongings in the closets and cabinets. Only the closet at the back of the bathroom is private. Bikes in the hallway are not available for borrowing. Other things to note Saint-Nazaire is a port city that has industrial tourist assets: visit the STX shipyards (largest liner in the world) and Airbus shipyards. St Nazaire also has 22 beaches including the famous Mr. Hulot beach. Next door, there is the seaside town of La Baule and its famous beaches. 5 km away you can visit the salt marshes of Guérande, the marshes of the Brière Natural Park. Nantes, the nearest major city, is only 35 minutes by train and is worth the detour for its machines of the island, its museums etc... the Loire Valley offers its castles to visit and we are already in historic Brittany
