Luxurious, private and exclusive 4-bedroom apartment and large terrace with garden located on the ground floor of the large Bali building, the closest to the beach of its size and overlooking the sea, in addition to having pools and amenities in the clubhouse, beach club and extensive private beach with food and beverage service. It has everything to make your experience unique and unforgettable, in a family atmosphere, fun, and rest accompanied by privacy and exclusivity within the residential complex. The space IMPORTANT: In high season (Holy Week, Easter, Christmas or New Year) the minimum stay is 5 days. If you require food preparation, it can be requested at an additional cost of $1,000 for 2 meals a day and snacks. The maximum capacity allowed in the apartment is 8 people in total (including children) without exceptions. Check-in to the apartment is from 1:00 pm and check-out is also at 1:00 pm, just like the residential complex, so that cleaning staff can enter and carry out their work. If you want to check in earlier or check out later, availability would have to be checked and the cost per hour would be $250. The condo requests a security deposit of $5,000 in cash or by card upon check-in and is returned at the end of the stay in the same manner.
