Take a hike on the nearby trails, make friends with some of our animals, and enjoy the shared plunge pool, sauna, & outdoor gym space to unwind. Note: One of two houses on the property. The space This bunglaow is one of 2 houses on our 3 acre property in East Austin. The houses are next to each other at the top of the property. We have a lot of original mid-century furniture (please use coasters!), and art by local artists. Living room has 2 couches and glass coffee table, and is open to the dine-in kitchen. Kitchen is well-stocked. Utility room with washer/dryer, Nescafe and french press. One bedroom with king bed (Awara mattress), dresser, and closet. One bedroom with queen bed (Awara mattress), dresser, and closet. Full bathroom with dual head walk-in shower and clawfoot bathtub. Pull-down stairs to the loft that fold flat against the wall. Upstairs loft has TV and large sofa, twin daybed, secretary desk, and Peleton bike. Pool/sauna/gym are in the yard in front of the house, and are shared amenities with the other house on the property. We have free ranging chickens and turkeys that are curious and accustomed to visitors. They will walk up to you for treats. Guest access Full access to the house and deck. Shared access (with the other house on the property) of the pool/sauna/gym area. Other things to note No children unattended upstairs. No children unattended in the pool area. No children in the sauna. We are not far from the airport, so you will hear planes flying over. We provide ear plugs if you need them. We also have free-ranging chickens and turkeys that live on the property. They might walk up to you or poop on the porch/deck. There is chicken poop in the yard. No photography or commercial work without a separate signed agreement.
