Relax in this peaceful unique House by tage sea. 50 meters from the house and tour in tre water at Råbylille Beach- one of Møn's best beaches. The house and Møn are perfect for those of you who want to enjoy nature. Enjoy wonderful walks, playing at the beach and in the garden, playing games in front of the wood-burning stove, coziness, peace and presence. Enjoy the tranquility, hear the grass grow, win over your children in King games and enjoy a cool glass of rosé as the sun sets. The space Two bedrooms – one with a large double bed and one smaller room with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. Bright living and dining area with an open kitchen (please note: no coffee machine). The room features both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove (firewood is not included in the price). There is no child safety gate around the stove. Small bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. The bathroom is older but fully functional, with hot water from a 35-liter tank. This means showers are best kept short and efficient – lowering the water pressure slightly allows for longer showers. Garden with swings, as well as accessible beach toys and garden games. Grill, lounge sofa (in summer), greenhouse with sea view, outdoor table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, fire pit, and sticks for making bread over the fire. The garden is pleasantly private, with hedges or other greenery all around the property. There is a fence along the road (please keep closed if there are children). The house is located about 50 m from the water, and the property also includes the beach area on the opposite side of the road, where there is a viewpoint bench to enjoy the sea view. Råbylille Beach is often a beautiful sandy beach. The stairs to the beach are in the corner of the property, built into the rocks (without railing). Enjoy the peace and nature, listen to the grass grow, take a lovely walk, or beat your children in a game of Kongespil – and enjoy a cool glass of rosé while watching the sunset. The garden is “tamed wild” – for the enjoyment of both humans and animals 🐝. Guest access the entire home Other things to note This is a small family holiday home that our family often enjoys. The house was built by my grandparents when my mother was a young girl. In fact, my parents met in this holiday home area, where my grandparents also had a summer house 🥰❤️. Later, my parents took over the house, and in 2018 it became our turn. In 2019/20, we renovated and “updated” the house with great respect for its soul and history. The house therefore exudes coziness and is not a typical rental property. WiFi via fiber for streaming movies and music (there is no TV in the house).
