Cosy townhouse with fabulous roof terrace

This cosy townhouse with a fabulous sun room and roof terrace overlooking the lower part of the village has recently been entirely renovated. Located in a beautiful white Spanish mountain village it is the perfect base to explore the amazing surroundings. Only 18 km from the coast it is not far to the many beautiful beaches. Perfect for hiking, mountain biking and exploring the white villages in the area. The space The town house has two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the second floor. The open plan living/dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, micro, hob, oven. One floor up on the roof there is a comfortable sunroom with moroccan style sofas and an terrace for sunbathing, dining and a BBQ. Throughout the house there is very fast Wifi with fiber optic cable. All bedrooms and living room have also ceiling or wall fans. During cooler winter days the air-conditioners in the bedrooms can be used for heating and a pellets stove in the living/dining/kitchen area keeps the rest of the house comfortably warm. The house is located in a quiet part of the village with no restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity. But shops, restaurants, bars, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and padél courts, gyms aso are only a few minutes walk away. Guest access You have access to the entire house and if available there is street parking directly in front of the house. If not available there is free street parking a few meters down along the main road. Please note that the swimming pools do not belong to the house and are at a nearby hotel and 2 municipality pools (one covered all year round, the other outdoor pools are only open July/August) They are not far away and can be used for a fee. Other things to note The large swimming pool and garden of a hotel in the village can be used during the warm summer months for a fee. There is also a large indoor communal swimming pool in the village which is open all year round. In the summer the roof and sides are usually opened up. Tennis and padél courts are in the village. There is another very pleasant open air communal pool with a fabulous little restaurant in the next village, 2,5 km away, usually open July to early Sep. Long term stays over 28 days, especially during winter because of heating, will be charged excess electricity (over 80€, which is very seldom exceeded). Pellets for the pellets burner can be bought at the petrol station. Please be aware that there are stairs in the house when coming with small children.
