The space The 3 bedroom spacious log cabin features 2 full bathrooms, comfortable living room seating, a 70" flatscreen TV (featuring your favorite streaming apps), fireplace, central air and a basement recreation room featuring a ping-pong table, record player, and an arcade! Please note- the basement is not heated. Guest access Parking for 5 vehicles on a secluded private road with private driveway. Access via an electronic keypad lock. Other things to note - 15 mins from Cannon Mountain Ski area/ Echo Lake State Park (Franconia) and 25 mins from Bretton Woods ski resort 30 minutes to Loon Mountain. - 1.5 miles from great restaurants, brewpubs, shopping and entertainment in downtown Littleton. - 30 minutes to Santa's Village - 52 foot deck with incredible views of downtown Littleton, NH and the mountains to the north - 80s arcade in the basement - all games on free-play and ping pong table. (Please note- the basement is not heated.) - Total seclusion: No neighbors in a 750 ft. radius - Record player with limited vinyl selection - Winter & snow removal. The home is located on a private dirt road- in the winter 4WD or AWD are recommended. The driveway and road are privately plowed. Please park cars parallel to the front entry/ next to the entry. We make reasonable efforts to have the entry stairs shoveled prior to your arrival, however, if there is snow/storm during your stay guests will need to shovel around their vehicles and the front entry/stairs. We provide shovels and salt.
