Located in the outbuildings of a former brush factory, this 30 m2 apartment, with mezzanine, is designed for a stay for couples, families or workers on the move. The space The accommodation has a separate entrance. On the ground floor: living room with an open kitchen overlooking the sitting area (with a sofa bed), a bathroom and a toilet. Access to the bedroom is directly from the living room, it is isolated by a sliding door and 3 small steps. A mezzanine overlooks it, it also includes a double bed, you will access it by a metal staircase. The accommodation is fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, oven, roller shutters...) and bed/bath linens are provided. Guest access The listing is located in the municipality of Béthisy-Saint-Pierre (60320). Close to the A1 motorway exit (about 10 minutes) Asterix Park 20 minutes and 40 minutes from Roissy airport. Béthisy is a small town with all the necessary shops, and a supermarket. You can also find some good restaurants nearby.
