The "Grande Pigna" between 3 trees: bedroom, bathroom, terrace and outdoor kitchen. Built in 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it stands on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazel and is accessed on the flat level on the mountain side. It has a splendid view of the magnificent Verrino valley, a protected area, a short walk from the center of Agnone. Full relaxation on the estate among the olive trees, privacy but also in the history, gastronomy and culture of Upper Molise. The space It is a small house equipped with all amenities, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the greenery and olive trees in contact with nature. Hot water, mosquito nets, minibar and corner with kettle and, in the summer months, in the space below there is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with radiant plates, fridge, ovens, sink with hot water, toaster, table and 4 chairs, cool and panoramic outdoor with outdoor shower, with hot water. At sunset and at dawn, from the top of your terrace, you can enjoy the view of cute animals such as foxes, badgers, porcupines. During the day, you can do "bird watching" with a telescope available and at night, you can watch the stars with a telescope that you will find there for you. Pets allowed on a leash and under your responsibility, custody and cleaning/removal of feces. Guest access The entire 3-hectare estate and the walkways among the olive trees are accessible to guests. You can get by car up to 100 meters from the house, where you can access the mountain side without difficulty through a private path. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Your 4-legged or feathered friends are allowed under your responsibility for custody and cleaning/removal of feces. The tree house has all the comforts of a 4-star hotel: bathroom with shower, hot water, outdoor shower, minibar and corner for small cooking with oven and kettle, wifi, USB sockets, blade chandelier for summer ventilation, heating with radiant panel both in the room and in the bathroom for wet days.
