You'll have the entire unit to yourselves and are welcome to use the condo facilities, as long as you follow the rules and regulations of these amenities. The apartment has 24-hour security surveillance to ensure safety during your stay. Facilities include: ▪️Swimming Pool ▪️Gymnasium ▪️Kids Playground Other things to note We are using the self-check-in method by using the lockbox. Take note! We are a short-stay management team, different from the hotel. Please read our house rules before your check-in date to avoid inconvenient incidents or misunderstandings. Self-check-in instructions will be sent to you two (2) days before your arrival date (if you have completed the 2 steps). Strictly follow the House Rules: - 2 access cards only (1 for parking & lift, another 1 for lift only) - No Smoking inside the unit (penalty RM100) - No pets allowed inside - Please remove your shoes when entering the house - Quiet after 10 pm - An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is dirty (extra cleaning fee RM50-RM80) - No sticker on the wall (party event) (penalty RM200) - An RM100 penalty will be charged for each lost key card - Late check-out charge RM50 per hour Should you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
