There is no upper floor in the Japanese-style room that will be used as a bedroom. There is an upper floor above the dining room, but it is a room that is rarely used, so I don't think you'll have to worry too much about the noise from the upper floor. The water area (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washroom) is shared with the owner. The 31 ㎡ excludes the water area, so adding the water area brings the total to about 51 ㎡. ・ This facility offers a variety of uses, such as a trial facility for moving to Wakayama, other than on the days of accommodation. Since those considering moving tend to do the renovation themselves, we have various construction methods for the hallways and kitchen as examples of renovations. ◎ Shopping facilities There are 4 supermarkets, a large home center, a delicious bakery, a ramen shop, a yakiniku shop, and a Michelin-starred restaurant within walking or cycling distance. ◎Medical venue Wakayama Medical University can also be reached by bicycle. ◎Conveniences There is a bus that goes to the main parts of Wakayama (including JR Wakayama Station and Nankai Line Wakayamashi Station) at intervals of about 10-15 minutes from the nearby bus stop (less than 15 minutes on foot), so access is good. Other things to note Children can stay, but there are not enough allowances such as corner guards and items for children. If you are staying with small children, please check in advance to see if the necessary allowances and items are available. We're sorry, but the house has an entrance after climbing nearly 15 stairs from the road, so it's not suitable for wheelchair users due to the location of the building. (There are handrails on both sides of the stairs) * For those who come for fishing For safety reasons, the guest knives are not sharp. They are only for easy cooking. So please bring your own knife and a sharpener. Please store the fish entrails in the freezer until the next garbage disposal date. There is a faucet outside where you can wash your fishing gear.
