The space This two-bedroom suite features a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and sofa bed to comfortably sleep 6. It also features a bistro style kitchen with a mini refrigerator/freezer, two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The suite has a balcony with a great view. * As a guest, you will have access to all of the resort amenities such as the pools/hot-tub, Bar and Grill, beach club, restaurants, tennis court, 24 Hour Fitness center, spa, Kids' Club, and water recreation rental shop. * Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking, No Resort Fees Guest access Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. Other things to note * This room type does not have full kitchen. * The Virgin Islands have an Environmental/Infrastructure Impact fee of $25 per night which is collected at the time of your check-in, in addition to the refundable incidental deposit of $100 per night. * Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay. * Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit is neither collected at time of the Airbnb booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of the Airbnb booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, the resort will collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in at the front desk should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay. The resort or Airbnb may also contact the guest(s) for restitution in the event of damages or other non-coverable expenses. * Guests will be assigned to their room/villa within the resort upon arrival. Images shown may differ from the actual floor/room/view/patio/balcony, but all villas are comparable and are decorated similarly. If the listing states that you will have a patio, you will receive either a patio or a balcony, depending on the floor received. By submitting a request to book, you are aware and agree to the fact that the floor, location, view, and receipt of either a patio or balcony for your room/villa are not guaranteed. * St. Thomas is frequently hit by hurricanes from August to November. Please make your reservations at your own risk. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a hurricane. * The Ritz-Carlton Club has generators in case of power outage, but it may not work during a hurricane.
