The space The space is an airy, well-lit apartment with a vaulted ceiling, which feels kind of like being in a treehouse with a beautiful cross breeze and views of the city. There is a private entrance with keypad lock, as well as an outdoor space for dining or just relaxing. It can comfortably sleep two with a queen size bed, comfy mattress, and also has room for guests. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and appliances. There is a small TV and sitting area, as well as a dedicated workspace with desk chair. (You can log into any of your streaming subscriptions on the TV). The bathroom is nice and spacious with a step-in shower and plenty of storage for towels, sheets, and clothes. Guest access This is a fully private apartment above a detached garage with a dedicated keypad code for entry. There is a ground floor entry way with coat rack and storage for shoes, bikes, etc. A wide staircase up to the 2nd floor into the living space with nice high angled ceilings and open feeling. Guests have full and private access to the space, as well as an outdoor dining area suitable for meals, reading, and relaxing. You will have use of the driveway for loading/unloading and there is ample free street parking.
