This one is equipped in a simple and authentic but comfortable way. In the main room you will find, - A double bed 🛌 - A side table 🪑 - A kitchenette area with kettle, microwave and hob - TV 📺 Separated by a partition, you will then access the bathroom area equipped with: - One Shower 🚿 - A vanity with a mirror 🪞 - Dry separator toilet (no smells) An outdoor terrace equipped with its tables and chairs will also be reserved for you (from May to the end of August). Щ️ONLY FROM MAY TO MONTH OF OCTOBER: Щ️ Open access to our estate, you will find, - A large (unheated) indoor swimming pool accessible from 10am to 7pm maximum - A mini farm with various animals - A recreation area for young and old with trampoline, playground, football field, badminton/volleyball court, bocce court and ping pong table. - A barbecue, fire pit and an area with several hammocks are also available. In the extension of the indoor pool, a veranda is available from 10am to 7pm maximum for strolling. Щ️ONLY FROM MAY TO MONTH OF OCTOBER: Щ️ 🥇 First option offered at a price of €15 per person per day: - 6-seater Jacuzzi located in the heart of our aquatic area. 🥈 Second possible option offered at a price of €10 per person per day: - Arcade room equipped with: - A foosball table - A pool - An air hockey table - A pinball machine - A multi-game arcade machine - A game of darts - An electronic basketball game As well as our gym, which includes: - A rope - A treadmill - An elliptical trainer - A race bike - Heavy bag - Vibrant platform - A Roman chair - A bodybuilding area with various benches and weight - A sauna ⚠️ These options are to be paid on-site only in cash and before access to the chosen options. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., fixed and final hours. Enough to have fun with the family and make beautiful sessions for the more active of you 💪💪💪 All this environment will allow you to spend an atypical stay and create good memories with family or friends 😊😊😊 Guest access From May to the end of August, your accommodation, the entire estate and its activities will be accessible to you and you will be able to access the estate from 4 p.m. independently thanks to our detailed procedure and a lockbox. If you would like a guided tour of the place, this is possible, depending on our availability, between 4pm and 7pm. After 7pm, your check-in will be self check-in only. Since common accesses such as the aquatic area, the games and sports room are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., we will ask you to discover these places only during the corresponding opening hours on your stay. These places are private spaces outside of these hours, thank you so much for following this rule. From September to the end of April, ONLY your home will be accessible to you. Your check-in will be done on your own with a detailed check-in method and a lockbox. Our free private parking is available at any time. It is located about 50 metres from your accommodation. Other things to note - During the winter period, heating up to 20 degrees is included in your rental 🌡️ If you wish to heat your accommodation to a higher temperature and a maximum of 25 degrees, a heating package of up to €15 per day will be requested. Any failure to comply with these rules will result in us charging you directly and without delay for these fees via the Airbnb platform. - In case of severe frosts, the water pipes may be unusable ❄️❄️❄️ In this case, drinking water and disposable toiletries will be made available to you 💧💧💧 - Pets are allowed on request and subject to some common sense rules. We reserve the right to refuse depending on the number and type of animals (maximum 1 animal). - The entire accommodation is non-smoking, you can smoke only on the outside with the prohibition to throw your butts there. - Parties are not allowed, in case of non-compliance we reserve the right to cancel your stay without delay at any time of the day or night. - As advised by Airbnb Support, we remind you that you will be charged an additional fee via the Aircover service in the event of damage to property or premises. The same applies to additional cleaning fees if the premises are returned in a disrespectful condition. - Last reminder, for stays not between May and August, outdoor services and amenities outside your accommodation are not accessible to you. This explains the very reasonable overnight prices during the winter.
