Renovated home

This is an older home that has been remodeled on the inside. We are located in a small town 20 minutes from Shelbyville, Effingham, and Mattoon. There is not much to do in our town but it has a wonderful park, a gas station, bank, and a family friendly bar that serves pizza and a few other items. There is room for boat parking on the road for those visiting the lake. 20 % off per night for stays longer than 7 nights. The space One bedroom with a queen bed, dining room, kitchen, living room with a queen futon and a full size hide a bed sectional, lounge room, dual entry bathroom, and laundry room/entry way. Fiber internet is available. Central heating and window units for a/c. Guest access There is a patio area with chairs outside you may use. Please do not enter the locked storage room inside the house or the garage. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee so the expectation is the house is in the same condition when you leave as when you arrived. Normal cleaning is understandable, but do not leave us your trash or mess. We do this as a commodity for our area to provide an affordable stay to our guests.
