Onsite library is available to peruse. Everything's been considered for comfort during your stay. Located just 3 minutes from the interstate, you'll find the suburban setting peaceful and private. The patio opens to a large yard for your enjoyment. Local restaurants, military bases, local parks, are minutes away. The space The studio space is one room with a full bathroom. It is full of light and the overhead door can be opened to the patio, outdoor dining table and large yard. Guest access While our unit has a private driveway, we regret that THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR ONE VEHICLE. Any more than that may congested neighbor's egress to their own homes. The Studio Unit's grassy, paver block driveway is easy to miss; Turn Right IMMEDIATELY (10') after you turn from Nyanza Rd; BEFORE the first home on the right side. Please pull alll the way forward onto the 'grassy, paver block' driveway. We have ample space for only 1 car You will see an 'arrow' sign on the right end of the bldg directing you toward the backside of the dwelling, where the private entrance is for the Studio. (Pls see photo with arrow in 'Backyard Photos'). Other things to note Atten: There is road construction on our Street but Nyanza Rd is open to local traffic. September may be challenging & noisy during daytime on weekdays. Please reach out to me if you have further questions.
