Change of guest registration in Mallorca Guest registration is mandatory for all types of accommodation establishments in Spain and Mallorca. On January 2, 2023, Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021 came into force. Consequently, from 12.02.2024, all natural or legal persons carrying out accommodation or vehicle rental activities are required to register and register guests. According to Royal Decree 933/2021, data ( in connection with a valid ID ) must be reported to the Ministry of the Interior ( in connection with a valid ID ) both within 24 hours of booking, as well as upon arrival, a new data transfer is required. For this purpose, the host will send you a form with the required questions at the time of booking, which you may need to return. This form must be submitted to the Ministry of Interior via the online platform within 24 hours of the guest's arrival. The space Situated on Mallorca's beautiful southeast coast, this charming and cozy apartment is located in a small, Spanish-style apartment building with only six units. The easy crossing of the lightly busy local road leads you in just 50 meters to the stairs, which ends on the fine sandy beach, and to a small supermarket where you can buy all the things for your daily needs, or to various restaurants. Enjoy the spacious terrace or the small garden area, which is exclusively at your disposal. The apartment is modernly furnished and consists of a living room (air conditioning cold/warm available) which is separated by a small counter from the open kitchen. It is equipped with a microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric grill, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, oven, and stove with a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils and tableware. Two bedrooms with built-in closets can accommodate 3 people. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainforest shower. Another highlight is the large terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day comfortably with a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a wonderful place for sunbathing in the small garden. Other things to take into account: We expect you to handle the amenities provided as if it were your own. The furniture must not be moved around! Also, the small facility is not a party hotspot. All guests expect to find their peace in this property. For this reason, we are happy to rent to families, but the child should be at least 6 years old. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Please let us know when booking how you would like the beds to be made up! For example, if you don't want to sleep in a couple or in separate rooms. Or something like that.... Entering the apartment is only allowed from the official check-in time. Earlier entry without arrangement can be charged by the property management with a fee. We provide a discount in September and October as there may be any noise nuisance due to a construction site on the neighboring property.
