Lassen, 50mi from Burney Falls & Lake Britain. The space Our property is on 42 acres and is surrounded by the quiet forest. Hiking and quad trails surround the property. Ritts Mill Road continues onto a dirt road, eventually leading to Lake McCumber. There is a large fenced in area behind the house for pets to roam free. Guest access There is plenty of room for parking. Please leave the driveway clear in case of an emergency. There is one long driveway to access and another path on the north end leading off a trail that can be accessible if needed.
