Bring the whole family to this great single-family home with 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bath, work areas, upgraded kitchen with beautiful front/back yards for privacy and safety. Free parking! Only 10 mins (via freeway) to SF downtown, 2 mins to beautiful John McLaren Park with stunning hikes/views of the bay area, playgrounds, near Glen Park, 15 mins to SFO. Perfect holiday retreat nested in nature and get away. No smoking allowed. The space This home has two floors and guests may access both upstairs and downstairs units through interior or exterior stairs. Guests may also use upstairs and downstairs units separately as they have separate entrances for completed privacy. There are totally three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and half bathroom (2 bedrooms 1.5 bath in the upstairs unit and 1 bedroom 1 bath in the downstairs unit). Upstairs: The main bedroom upstairs includes a good size window with natural garden views, a nice 6-drawer dresser, one night stand, a huge wardrobe and closet, a queen size bed with new memory foam topper, soft pillows and cusions as well as a 55" LED smart TV with Chromcast steaming device available. Guests may also access the nice backyard/garden via the deck. The second bedroom upstairs includes a huge window with garden/natural views, a full size bed, one nightstand with lamp and a good size closet as well as a 32" LCD TV. The main full bathroom upstairs includes a nice bath tub and stainless steel shower as well as a beautiful sink and mirror cabinet. Hand soap, boby wash and shampoo are also provided. The half bath upstairs includes a mini sink and vent. Downstairs: This comfy in-law unit downstairs provides a true home office all-in-one experience. It isn't only having a large bedroom with beautiful garden view, but also having a living/dining/working area equipped with many new amenities. Huge Bedroom: new queen bed with Lucid memory foam mattress with nightstand, USB charging, Samsung TV, Bose music player, retro royal chair, mirror, closet and wardrobe. Airbed mattress is available upon request. The living room has a nice kitchenette with a brand new stainless steel LG 6.0 cu. ft. refrigerator (has a 1 cu. ft. freezer compartment inside), a K-cup coffee maker, a retro microwave, a stainless steel water heater, water filter pitcher. There are also a beautiful set of dining table with 4 matching chairs and a modern work desk (with fast USB charging outlet). We provide 4 sets of brand new utensils and plates as well as glasses and cups. Please keep the volume down after 10pm to avoid disturbing neighbors. The full bathroom includes a nice stainless standing shower with stainless steel hanheld shower head as well as a beautiful sink and large mirror. Hand soap, boby wash and shampoo are also provided. Having a large Panasonic vent with heat is a great feature to keep you warm after showers. It's a great to start your morning with a nice cup of coffee! We also a yoga mat available in the closet of the secondary bedroom. Both mattresses are the firmest spring mattresses, however, we also have two brand new memory foam topper added to the both mattresses when guests prefer medium/soft mattresses. If you prefer firm mattress, we can remove the topper in advance. The water heater is a tanless water heater, so it will take a few minutes to deliver hot water.
