Note: This unit includes street parking, but you will be fine! The space The Squatter House on Ross. This was once a house with squatters we turned into a remodeled home. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and laundry room. NOTE: Booking our home means you agree to House Rules & Local Noise Ordinances. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Smart TV is available for streaming. No cable. You can access other apps via your logins on the smart TVs throughout. This home is perfect for business travelers, or family vacation. We love our Squatter House, and we hope you can enjoy it as well. Maximum home occupancy is 4 guests! Guest access The unit on the right, the backyard, and the laundry room! Other things to note House Rules: Parking This includes street parking only. No Smoking Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited! You may smoke on the front patio, please clean up and trash your butts. Please do not smoke anywhere in the house or laundry room. No Parties Parties are not allowed, per Airbnb’s policy and ours, if you’re here to host a party, please don’t, please cancel with Airbnb if this is your plans. Pets We welcome your furry friends! We allow up to 2 dogs for a $35 pet fee, and for 3-4 dogs, the fee is $70. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cats at this time. If you have a pet and did not pay the pet fee, please message me and I will adjust your stay. Please clean up after your pet (in the back yard as well) and please keep them off the furniture. Please don’t be the person who brings a pet, doesn’t pay the pet fee and destroys the house:) Check -In and check- out times. Check in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM. If you’re looking for a Lower Greenville vibe, check out “HG SPLY CO” located on Greenville Avenue. They have great drinks, great food and a great atmosphere.
