Located in the basement of our house, the studio is completely private and offers a comfortable and intimate space to relax after a day of exploration or before continuing your trip to Gaspésie. The studio is also ideal for business travelers, looking for a quiet and convenient place for their stay. The space The studio, located in the basement of our house, welcomes you to a fully independent space that combines comfort and privacy. You can relax as if you were at home, while enjoying the security and warmth of a home with people living in it. You will have access to your own private bathroom with a shower and essentials: towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. If your stay is extended, we will be happy to provide you with new, clean towels. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or heat up a meal with ease: a coffee maker with coffee, teas and herbal teas provided, a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction hob, a toaster, dishes and basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil and vinegar). For your moments of relaxation, a 55-inch smart TV is available. You can easily connect your own favourite content accounts (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Make yourself comfortable, drop off your luggage, and enjoy the place to recharge your batteries after a day of exploring, working, or a long trip. Guest access You will access the suite via a private and self-contained entrance, ensuring total independence. Free parking is available for you. The studio does not offer access to a courtyard or terrace, but a community park with a play area, benches and tables is less than a minute's walk away, so you can enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note Since we live in the rest of the house with our dog, you may hear some noise during your stay. Our days sometimes start early, but we always do our best to be discreet and respectful. We have provided a white noise machine and earplugs to ensure your mornings remain quiet. We can provide an extra bed (inflatable mattress type) as well as bedding, allowing us to accommodate an additional person. There is a $20 per day fee. If necessary, an outdoor electrical outlet can be made available to you upon prior request. It is sometimes possible to accommodate an earlier arrival or a later departure.
