Maybe walk out of the door when waking up for a walk along the beach, spend a day surfing and come back to the comfort of the house, watch the beautiful sunsets after a day’s walking/cycling, cook a meal on the Aga and enjoy your family chats in the large kitchen/dining area. Located on the High Street in Borth, close to all amenities. Mansfield House is a home-from-home family property, that sleeps up to 10 persons in 3 doubles and 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 of the doubles have en suite facilities, the bunk beds are all in one bedroom. One of the doubles has a fabulous balcony with sea views and has steps leading to the patio downstairs The large open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge benefits from many appliances including an AGA, it has a utility /wet room with shower, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining table seats up to 10 people and is superb for family dining. There is also a lounge with 2 sofas and further seats/bench like a church pew From the kitchen, there is a patio which is in front of the pebble beach and leads onto a sandy beach. There is also a separate lounge available with a TV, a 3-seater sofa and 3 armchairs together with a fireplace which houses an open coal fire (not made up - coal not provided). WIFI is available throughout the property (signal not guaranteed), and there are numerous games and books provided for you to enjoy.
