Studio Guesthouse in Bowden

Our funky little ground floor guesthouse is in the heart of Bowden, a buzzing inner city community with industrial roots. Eat at the iconic Plant 4's eateries or one of many cafes and restaurants. Enjoy live music at the Governor Hindmarsh or the Entertainment Centre. For sports lovers there is Hindmarsh Stadium and Adelaide Oval. Ride the bike path to the coast, walk through the parklands to the city, take the free tram to the botanic gardens or wander through the historic backstreets. The space The guesthouse is part of our eco apartment complex, Nightingale Bowden. We all contribute to make our home a special place to live. While our guesthouse is primarily for residents and their family and friends we open it to Air BnB guests in between those bookings. Guest access The loft guesthouse is on the ground floor of our apartment building. You'll have your own private entry and exit. Please note that unfortunately, due to internal stairs, this apartment is not accessible for guests with mobility issues. Other things to note Parking is an issue at our apartment block. There is a 10 minute loading zone at the front and 2 hour street parking 7am to 7pm next to our building or close by. For longer term parking there is Secure Parking at 1 Port Rd or unrestricted parking a few streets away. (Five and Sixths Sts) Unfortunately we don't supply Wifi to the apartment at the moment. Internet access will only be possible by hot spotting your phone.
