The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a 2-door refrigerator, gas range with oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, and all essential culinary amenities. Three bedrooms beckon with high-quality mattresses: Bedroom 1: King Bed + Ensuite Bathroom with Sea View Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Sea View Bedroom 3: Full Bed with Garden View Note: Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a well-appointed bathroom. Shared parking and beach access with Villa 2. Accommodates up to 12 guests (additional charges apply beyond the 6th guest). Published rate covers 6 guests. Guest access The property is along the provincial road. There is a private beach access through concrete stairs from our cliff to the beach. Other things to note Important note: our property is currently having electrical supply issues and we can only power 1 room with Ac and the rest will be ventilated using electric fans. Our pricing has been reduced to account for this. The published rate is for 6 guests. This house can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 guests subject to additional charges (per person) after the 6th guest. We charge ₱1,000 per extra guest per night. (Provided with own towel and sheets and mattresses) A backup generator is in place in case of power outages. Beach access: we have private access to the beach straight from the cliff to the beach. This access is exclusive only to our guests. The house is perched on a 4,500 sqm lot and shares space with a smaller villa on the other corner of the property. In case that both villas have guests, they will share the main gate as main access.
