With its splendid view, this restored apartment is located in the heart of Vieux-Lyon. Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it mixes old-world charm and designer furniture. In this historic district, you will find a rich heritage, gourmet restaurants, bouchons and pubs... It is conveniently located and equipped for remote working. Plenty of transportation nearby. ( Subway, bus, bike…) The space The apartment consists of: - a living room, in which you will find sofa and desk to work remotely. - an equipped kitchen ( see attached list) - a bright bedroom - a shower room. Linens ( sheets, towels, towels) are provided. The apartment has just been secluded to bring better comfort and energy saving. In this Historic district you will find cultural visits, but also many gourmet restaurants and very typical "small bars". It is conveniently equipped and located for remote working. Plenty of transportation nearby. ( Subway, bus, bike…) Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note • Parking: Our neighborhood is pedestrianized but there are plenty of parking lots around. Parking Saint Jean and parking Saint Georges. Both are for a fee. We usually tell our guests to park on the Fourvière hill. You will find free places in the districts of Fourvière, Saint Just or Saint Irenée. Just walk down (nice walk) or take the funicular 5mn - Fourvière/Vieux-Lyon or - Les Minimes/Vieux-Lyon or Saint Just/Vieux Lyon • Housekeeping: the 2 hours of maintenance are most often provided by me with eco-responsible natural products. • House basics: For breakfast you will find tea, coffee for the start of your stay. You will also find a bottom of the house at your disposal ( salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, various spices and sugar). • Energy - In order to comply with the recommendations of ADEME (Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maitrise de l'Energie), the heating is programmed to ensure a heat between 19°C and 20°C during the day depending on the apartment's energy contract*. In this eco-responsible aim, we ask our guests not to change this setting, which is set to certain schedules. * Radiators may indicate higher or lower heat as they are programmed to maintain a daytime ambient temperature between 19°C and 20°C. Any intervention and modification of the settings results in a mandatory reprogramming of the radiators and therefore a cost. This rescheduling will be considered contrary to the rules. In case of extreme cold and after consultation with the owner, the owner alone may modify the setting. - Fans are available in summer. - The apartment has just been insulated for better comfort and energy savings. • The apartment is not designed to accommodate young children. • The building is listed by Bâtiment de France in the historic district of Vieux-Lyon, itself listed by the U.N.E.S.C.O. This listing means that this building cannot be equipped with an elevator and air conditioner because it is impossible to modify the building from the period. • During a long stay, there will be a lease signature and inventory upon arrival.
