We are 15 minutes walk from Merstham train station, London is just 30 minutes away, Gatwick Airport is 15 minutes and the coastal town of Brighton is 50 minutes on the train. A great place to explore Surrey's countryside and to relax in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Discount offered for stays of a week or more. 2 nights minimum stay. The space Tucked away in a quiet residential area, our annexe offers both comfort and convenience. Whether you’re here to relax or work, you’ll find a dining table that doubles as a great desk, with excellent WiFi to keep you connected. Unwind in the evenings with the smart TV, where you can log in to your own apps — all details are securely cleared at checkout. Step outside and enjoy your own garden spot, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee, a glass of wine, or simply soaking up the fresh air. Guest access The annexe is fully self-contained and reserved just for our guests, giving you complete privacy during your stay. Entrance is through the side gate, along a pathway with automatic lighting at night, which leads up three steps to the front door. There is a steady handrail for your comfort and security. Other things to note We love dogs but please provide a dog bed for them. Please keep them off the furniture at all times, and under no circumstances should they sleep on the beds. We are grateful for your understanding with this. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
