Enjoy the heated pool, and spa, relax in the sun+shade outdoor living areas, play pool or an outdoor game on the lush lawn, or curl up on the many sofas, and enjoy the fireplace, or a movie on the big 100’ cinema screen. Our lovely home offers: - Heated swimming pool (solar heated) - Inground SPA (gas heated) - and quick! - WIFI - Linen provided (BUT please bring your own towels, including beach towels) - Coffee machine (Nespresso) - Modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher - Dining area (Indoor + Outdoor) - 3 x living areas - 6 bedrooms, with beds for up to 20 people (2 king, 3 queen, 2 sofa beds, 4 bunks/8 single beds) - Theatre room with 100’ cinema screen - Streaming services (Netflix, Disney+) - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - Dining table and chairs - Study nook upstairs - Balcony overlooking the pool - Loads of parking in the garage and on the driveway. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent residents so we only rent to families, or groups of mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties may need to look elsewhere (sorry!) PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES.
