Montezuma Hilltop Home with Stunning Ocean View

The home is immersed in nature and surrounded by rainforest. A breathtaking ocean and jungle valley view can be seen from almost every room in the house. There are no neighbors, and because of its privacy you will certainly see much more wildlife than your average place in the area. This home was built and designed with great care and lots of love, and you will feel that warmth. The house is a 2.5km drive to Montezuma coast and its beaches The space Fast FIBER OPTIC internet makes this an ideal place to work from home. There are three bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queens) and three full bathrooms in the house, with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. On the ocean side of the home there is a beautiful upstairs balcony, and a large deck on the lower level with a pool. On the jungle side there’s a second upstairs balcony which is magical for morning coffee and during twilight hours. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, and many places to relax. The grounds are super private with no neighbors, and there are lots of fruit trees in the garden. There is also a fire pit in the yard. The house is designed with natural cooling techniques (constant ocean/ valley breezes, the floors are cool to the feet, monitor roof which allows heat to escape, shaded by the surrounding trees), so while there is no A/C, there is no need for it. The house naturally maintains a pleasant temperature even during the heat of the day. There are also plenty of ceiling fans throughout. Guest access Guests have access the entire home and grounds, including: 1. Private entrance and driveway with plenty of parking space 2. Pool 3. Full kitchen 4. Clothes washer and dryer 5. Outdoor fire pit Other things to note The house is located ~15 minutes from Cobano airport, and 2.5km from Montezuma center and its beaches.
