The space Rooms: *Master bedroom equipped with a queens bed and a baby crib. * Two bedrooms each with two single beds. 6 extra ground mattresses are available on site. * Each room has its own private bathroom, cabinets, and dresser. * Fully prepared kitchen included with all the essentials, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, and all the cooking appliances. * Specialized BBQ place. Gathering places: * The kings’ living room (green) can fit more than 50 people comfortably. Equipped with a 85” LG TV * The queens’ living room (purple) can fit more than 30 people comfortably. Equipped with a 75” LG TV * Gaming room includes, playstation 4 with games and controllers, pool table, and ping pong. (Note: this place can be turned into a third gathering place for parties can fit more the 100 people) * A grass garden surrounded by trees and flowers for your outdoor activities. * Three different shaded outdoor spaces. Pools: * Adult pool 6 feet deep * Kids pool 3 feet deep * A gathering place next to the pools * Private bathroom by the pools Playgrounds: * Kids shaded playground with soft grass-like ground includes, slides, trampoline, and much more. * Gaming room includes, playstation 4 with games and controllers, pool table, and ping pong. * A 6x6 grass football field 💥Note: the field and out sitting place can be furnished for weddings and large gatherings can fit 150-200 people💥 Notes: * Internet and Netflix included. * Parking for more than 50 cars inside the complex. * Daily cleaning available upon request.
