diRoma Exclusive with bed and bath linens

DiRoma Exclusive is located a few meters from DiRoma Acqua Park - the largest water park in the City. Sleeps comfortably up to 4 people. Access to the condominium's swimming pools, including some that are open 24 hours a day, wet bar, sauna, parking, fitness center, playroom, and a nursing room. As a courtesy, I provide bed and bath linens. However, please note that there will be no linens changes and that pool towels and blankets are not included. The space Suite Configuration: Queen size bed plus a double bed comfortably accommodating the 4 people Minibar, Microwave, TV and Split Air Conditioning There are amenities such as soap and toilet paper. To make my guests’ experience even more enjoyable, I provide daily cleaning as a courtesy. As a courtesy, I provide bed and bath linens. However, please note that there will be no linens changes and that pool towels and blankets are not included. Other things to note The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 (FOUR) people, including children and babies of all ages. The check in will only be allowed for the number of people present in the reservation and on the personalized voucher that I will send after the reservation is confirmed. All guests must present an identification document at the time of check in. In case of delays in check out (after 11 am), a fine of 2 nights will be charged. * For security measures I request not to use ironing * Suites are not accessible for people with disabilities For my guests to have an even more pleasant experience, As a courtesy and differential, I provide daily cleaning and also provide a complimentary bed and bath linen. But, note that there will be no changes and does not include pool towels or blankets. They are simple troushes, but as the goal is to make life easier for my guests, I believe they will be satisfied with the courtesy. But if you wish to bring your own bed and bath linens, feel free to do so. *** * Children under the age of 18 unaccompanied with their parents must necessarily present hosting authorization with notarized signature signature. **** * Does not include breakfast and other meals, but all of them can be held and paid for directly at the restaurant ***Since there is no kitchen, there are no utensils. It is not allowed the use of sandwiches, barbecues, electric pans, stove or the like ***Guests will have discount on diRoma Acqua Park tickets *** It is not allowed to take drinks and snacks to the pools of the development *** Common Use Fee: Guests will be charged at the time of check-in, the amount of R$10.00 per person per booking. This is a mandatory fee stipulated by the Condominium. There is no way to anticipate or postpone it, and can be paid by credit card, debit, pix or cash. **** * As much as the appliances and electronics are semi new and constantly undergo preventive maintenance, unfortunately they can present defects without "prior notice". In situations like this I will do as much as possible to solve the problem with the greatest possible agility, however, depending on the situation and the defect will require longer time to repair or change the equipment. The same reasoning occurs with the common areas of the Enterprise (Condominium), whether internet, restaurant, swimming pools, gym, game room, sauna, baths, parking... In cases like this, there will be no full or partial refund of the amount paid for the reservation. And not even alteration of the reservation. Additional fees for non-compliance with House Rules: a) In case of late check-out (11 am), a fine of 2 nights' stay will be charged b) Failure to comply with the number of people present in the reservation: A fine of 2 nights for each additional unauthorized guest c) Leaving dirty dishes and/or not taking out the trash: Fine equivalent to R$200.00 for extra cleaning d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and any other smoking product (whether derived from tobacco or not, including electronic cigarettes/vapes) - R$250.00 fine for deodorizing the property Anyway, as I value the transparency of relations, this is the main information that need to have access before the Lease. I prepare everything with great care so that you can experience special days and really enjoy the property and the development itself. We'll be happy to be your Host.
