Townhouse, on the sand, great for families

Semi-detached townhouse, right on the beach. These are 2 independent houses, with different owners, that share the barbecue area and lawn. On the upper floor are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites with a standard double bed. One of the suites faces the beach and the other faces the street. The street-facing suite also has 1 single bed. On the ground floor are: balcony, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry area. It has 2 parking spaces for medium-sized vehicles. The space The house is located facing the sea, on Praia dos Ingleses. The beach is very long, coming very close to 5 km. The sand is very fine and white, and there is the largest formation of dunes in the city in this region. In summer, the water temperature is warm and pleasant, suitable for a nice bath. All the spaces that make up the house are available to guests. The barbecue and garden areas are common areas to both houses and are therefore shared spaces. The presence of another family in the property next door and the sharing of common areas with another family require that respect for good standards of coexistence are always observed. Guest access The house has a parking area, situated inside the land and on the same side of the house. The parking capacity is 2 medium-sized cars or 1 truck. In case of need, there is an agreed parking lot about 100 meters from the site. Cars must be parked in such a way as not to impair the movement of vehicles in the other house. Other things to note This is a condominium composed of 2 (two) semi-detached houses, with the barbecue and garden areas common to both residences. The use of any type of sound device should always be at a moderate volume; remember that there are other people in the house next door who may want to rest After 10 pm, it is essential to respect the quiet hours. NOTES: In the case of hosting 11 people, the ideal is that the eleventh person is a child, as they will have to be accommodated on an extra mattress placed on the floor. Check in/Check out: Unfortunately, most of the time, it is not possible to anticipate check-in or extend checkout; the times are fixed, considering the time required for cleaning and preparing the space between reservations.
