The rooms are part of the first floor of a house in which I live with my family. Garage space upon request. A beautiful lake at the entrance, 2 bedrooms available with 1 single bed each (advertised separately), 2 bathrooms next to the bedrooms, laundry and clothes drying area. We have several buses that pass nearby, a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, university, restaurants and shopping. Family-friendly and quiet environment, so we DO NOT allow visits to guests. The space Cozy and quiet space. We'll be ready to welcome you and help with anything you need! Welcome. Guest access The guest has access to the house's balcony, which has a beautiful lake. The rental rooms are on the first floor, with a living room, bathrooms and also a laundry room. WE DO NOT HAVE A STOVE, and it is not allowed to bring food to cook. We only provide a shared microwave oven in the laundry room. During your stay We'll be available to assist with anything you may need. We don't allow guests to have visitors. Other things to note The three rooms are listed separately. If there are two people, it is necessary to rent the two rooms listed. The approximate time of arrival must be announced up to 24 hours in advance so that the delivery of the keys can be scheduled. The use of any illicit substance is not allowed, as well as the use of cigarettes inside the room or in enclosed areas. Smoking is only allowed in the open area of the yard, where it is used to dry clothes. We do not allow pets.
