A really peaceful place! Ideal for families and groups of friends. Everything is brand new and well maintained. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning and late afternoon. The house is 10 blocks (2 km) from Enseada Beach (turtles) right on the Rua Acre, Jardim Virginia, Guarujá. Everything is very well maintained, family home. Parking for 4 to 5 cars. We have fiber optic internet for home office. Because it is a quiet and family neighborhood, we do not accept parties or sound, which is prohibited! This is a house rule.
