Other things to note Fire Safety Due to local wildfire risk and county regulations, open fires, fire pits, grills with open flames, and fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property. The provided electric grill on the deck is permissible. We appreciate your help in keeping the area safe. Pets Pets are not permitted. Quiet Hours This is a peaceful mountain setting - please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Access & Roads The home is easily accessible by car in spring, summer, and fall. AWD/4WD is required during winter months, and snow tires are strongly recommended. The final stretch is on a county-maintained gravel road.
