Villa Wonka Sapanca Hot Pool

Dear guests, High-speed train construction work has started near our villa. On some days, you may hear faint noises from our garden due to work that may last until the evening. Since the work schedule has not yet been finalized, we wanted to inform you in advance. Considering this situation, we have applied a special discount to our nightly rates. (September 21, 2026) The space Our villa, which is a 6-minute walk to Sapanca train station and 15 minutes to the lakeside, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house, and you can stay in comfort in our house with underfloor heating and a fireplace. In addition to our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms, we have a couch on our mezzanine that can convert to a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off in the summer months.) Our living room has an American kitchen and has a view of the entire pool. Our kitchen has basic cooking utensils, turkish coffee maker, filter coffee maker and tea maker.
