One block from Av. Santa Fé where there are many shops, bars, ice cream shops, restaurants, Agüero Subway station, several bus lines pass by and there are nearby Sanatoriums and Hospitals. Close to Plaza Italia, Plaza Serrano, Plaza Armenia, Parque Las Heras, Palermo and Bosques de Palermo. Just 10 minutes by subway (or 20 by bus) from the Obelisk and downtown, where you can tour the area and see the Colón theater, Congress, Casa Rosada, the Cathedral and the Cabildo, among other public and emblematic buildings of the City of Buenos Aires. In the apartment's block, there is a café "La Mantequería" that has very tasty things, a homemade pasta place and on the corner a bakery and rotisserie, where you can buy ready-made food. Two blocks away is a Coto supermarket. There is paid parking nearby (if you get a spot you can park for free on the street) and a laundry. Guest access At the entrance to the building there are 2 steps. There are 2 elevators to access the 4th floor where the apartment is located. Other things to note The apartment is perfectly located, with easy access to subway line D, which at one of the terminals is the Catedral station, where Plaza de Mayo is located, the Metropolitan Cathedral (where the remains of Liberator General Don José de San Martin rest), the Casa Rosada and the Cabildo. From there you can walk and stroll through the San Telmo neighborhood. One and a half blocks away is Av. Santa Fe Avenue, where you can take the subway at Agüero station, to Catedral or to the side of Congreso de Tucumán, where you pass through Plaza Italia, there you can visit the Botanical Garden, the Ecoparque, and from there walking you reach the forests of Palermo, where the Planetarium, the Rosedal and Japanese garden are, there are lakes for boat rides. Near the apartment is the Alto Palermo Shopping, and numerous bars and restaurants. There is a 24-hour Disco supermarket, 24-hour pharmacies, and a Coto supermarket that closes at approximately 9 pm. On Av. Santa Fe is the renowned Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore, which is inside a theater, where you can read a book and have a coffee, as there is a bar inside. There are thousands of places near the apartment, which you can get to know on foot, or by taking a bus or subway to all the tourist spots in the city, such as Chinatown, in Barrancas de Belgrano, in addition to those I mentioned above. It's very close to the Palermo Soho and Hollywood neighborhoods, you can walk or take a bus.
