The space 4 BEDROOMS: 1) MASTER: Ground floor. Features a gas fireplace, queen bed and private bathroom. 2) LOFT ATTIC: A huge, fun space with four double beds—great for kids or group hangouts. 3) 1st PRIVATE BEDROOM: Main floor, queen bed. 4) 2nd PRIVATE BEDROOM: Main floor, queen bed. LIVING SPACE: Step out onto the large deck and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing. The Locust Lake Village community requires a registration fee of $35 which is INCLUDED in your booking. We provide 8 green guest wristbands at the house, which grant access to the beaches, trash compactor, clubhouse activities, and parking. All guests aged 12 and older are required to wear wristbands to use community amenities. PA state law requires fishing licenses to fish (guests can purchase temporary fish licenses at Pocono boat house, a store nearby). Guest access LOCUST LAKE VILLAGE – Fun for Everyone! Other things to note PET FEE: We would love for you to bring your furry friends! Please kindly let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies. NO SMOKING: You'll be charged an extra cleaning fee! Please smoke outside and respectfully dispose of your trash around the property NOISE VIOLATIONS: Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am while outdoors. CHECKING IN: Per local ordinances, guests are required to complete a community registration form before arrival. The community fee of $35 for access to all LLV amenities is already included in your booking. You’ll find 8 wristbands provided at the house for your use during your stay. PARKING: There’s parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway, and plenty of free parking at each lake. Unregistered vehicles parked on the property is prohibited under our HOA rules. EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price, all overnight guests must be registered. WEATHER: Winter conditions from November to March can be unpredictable, with possible snow and ice. Please bring warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle suited for winter conditions (e.g., snow tires or all-wheel drive) to ensure you're prepared for the weather. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
