The space This beautiful country style modern easy access garden room nestled in our beautiful village of Burton on our 200 Acer family farm, Our beautiful Cotswold stone farmhouse is situated at the front of our farm land, convenient to access being it is just off the main stretch through the village, (please do not expect a farm track with cattle etc). Our fabulous Ground floor room named "The Garden Room" Is easy in access just off our Courtyard, The Garden Room is part of our home but is completely seperate to the rest of the farmhouse with your own private entrance so you can come and go as you please. The accommodation is not accessible to the rest of the house. The Garden Room boasts a Statement Kingsize Bed with 5* Egyptian Cotton linen, Bedside Tables with lamps, Wardrobes with hanging and shelf facilities. Nespresso Coffee maker and Kettle with complimentary Nespresso coffee pods and English Tea Shop Teas selection and fresh milk on your arrival in your mini fridge. Vertical Blinds for ultimate privacy and Thermal Blackout Curtains. Seating area with table. Sky Glass 46" TV. Mini Iron and small Ironing board, Hairdryer. Full Length Mirror. Please note this accomodation sleeps 2 but can accomodate 3 with a fold out bed at an extra cost,please add this whilst booking. We can also supply a travel cot and bedding at an extra cost, Easy Access Wet Room with Rainfall shower, Heated Towel Rail, Illuminated Mirror and Magnifying Mirror, Towels provided Hand and Bath Sheets. We also supply Luxury Shower products and Hand wash from Premium brand BRAMLEY! We are perfectly situated for numerous locations and especially Badminton Horse Trials! Which is walkable!!! We are also only a 7 Min drive from the M4 so perfect for an overnight stop off for longer journeys! Free Parking Off street for residents and a well lit path to accommodation via the Courtyard. *Please Note: Our Cotswold stone Farmhouse is a village location! Our farmhouse is situated at the front of our farmland and is wrapped around with our farm land and can be accessed via a public right of way. Where you can find some of our horses, stables and our very own lake with geese, ducks and lots of wildlife, you may be lucky enough to see deer! *If you are expecting or wanting a secluded farm house down a track with cattle etc this is not the experience for you. Our farm is mainly arable. We are a pretty farmhouse set in the most beautiful chocolate box village. *Please Note: Our animals are on our land in our paddock next to our farmshop, the animals are not at the accommodation but a 2 minute walk away.
