Little Perriotts is an attractive stone cottage, sleeping four. Beautifully decorated in muted coastal tones and thoughtfully furnished to a high standard. Perfect for cosy weekends and coastal walks, lazy days at the beach and relaxing summer holidays, beautiful countryside and great country pubs. Located in Kellaton, a quiet, rural village near Start Point, Hallsands and Lannacombe Beach. Explore local beaches and the stunning coast path, all within easy walking distance. The space Kick off your shoes in the entrance where there´s ample space for coats and muddy boots. In the open-plan, ground floor living area a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove and TV is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Steps lead down into a contemporary, light-filled, high ceilinged dining area and kitchen overlooking the garden. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, two under-counter fridges with ice boxes and a washing machine. Some cooking staples are provided to get you started, for coffee lovers there´s a coffee machine taking Nespresso “original” style pods, an Aeroccino milk frother, a cafetiere and a Bialetti Mokka Express. Family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. Heated towel rail, fluffy towels, luxury Bramley body wash. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with a comfortable king size bed and luxury cotton bed linen from The White Company; duvets and a variety of soft and firm pillows are hypoallergenic and “soft as down”. Hanging space and drawers or shelves in both rooms. Private, South facing garden with terrace, lawn and flower beds. The perfect secluded location for a barbecue and great for stargazing on a clear night. Private, off-street parking for two cars is located approx. 25m away from the cottage. Other things to note Check-in: Friday or Saturday Check-out: Tuesday- Friday Minimum stay: 4 nights Inside: - Wood burning stove – a starter supply of logs is provided. - Oil fired central heating. - Infants are welcome, please bring your own travel cot / baby equipment with you. - There are a small number of steps into the cottage and in the living room, the staircase is fairly steep and winding making it unsuitable for adults with limited mobility. - Beach towels are not provided. - No smoking. - No pets, sorry! Tech: - There is no mobile reception in the village and limited signal in the surrounding area. - Wifi is provided, estimated download speed 5-16 Mbps, sufficient for watching movies, making calls and regular day to day use. - TV – 40” Smart Android TV with freeview. Log in to your own Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc. - There is no facility to charge electric vehicles.
