With a panoramic view of downtown Seattle straight out of the living room and 2 bedrooms, this contemporary urban stopover is perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking convenience, comfort and modern charm. Living room • You'll be greeted by a calming mural that’s hand-painted by the very owner himself. We love design and artistic expression, and we are eager to impart that enthusiasm to our guests as well. • 55-inch HD smart TV • Dedicated workspace • High-speed Internet • Portable AC in the living room (Available during the summer season. We do not have a central AC system for the entire apartment) • Board games • Baby playpen upon request Kitchen • A fully equipped, modern kitchen • A wide selection of K-cup coffee and tea • Small-size stacked washer and ventless dryer. Our building also has a laundry room with larger-sized vented dryer. Beds: King + Queen + Sofa pullout bed • King bedroom has a smart TV and a mini work desk • Queen bedroom has a makeup vanity that also dubs as a small desk • Both bedrooms feature mural painting by the owner, providing an optimal relaxation and welcoming ambiance • We only use hotel-grade luxury sateen full-cotton sheets for all beddings • Sofa in the living room pulls out to be a twin bed. More suitable for a petite figure or kids Location, Location, LOCATION! We get a lot of guests here for conferences. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by how close we are from the Convention Center. It's literally across the street. So close that many guests sneak out in between meetings and come back for a quick nap or bathroom break! We have a whopping walk score of 98 and transit score of 100! Within a 1-mile radius, you can easily walk to famous tourist attractions such as the Pike Market and Amazon Spheres, or to vibrant neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Chinatown. To get around, we are easily accessible via bus and light trail (Westlake station). For car drivers, we are very close to both north and south exits of I-5 freeway. There is a Hertz rental inside the Convention Center just 1 block away (and you can park the rental car there for free). Young folks also like to rent a Bird scooter to zoom between the downtown skyscrapers. Check-in We use self check-in. A few days before your arrival, I will send you detailed instruction and codes. I will also confirm with you on the arrival time. Please look out for that in-app message. Parking With the traffic and parking in downtown, most guests opt not to use a car and just walk everywhere. But in the pre check-in message I will double check with you if a parking spot is needed. Feel free to ask if you have specific questions. Noise Given that the building sits directly across the street from the Convention Center, freeway noise can be heard in the open air. (FYI, I-5 goes right underneath the Convention Center.)
