Cozy-Luxe Pet Friendly Wood Cabin near Yosemite

We welcome you to our charming cabin only 23 miles from Yosemite's west gate entrance. With its high vaulted ceilings and expansive glass windows, this cozy retreat offers stunning views of nature. Recently updated with new floors, modern bathrooms with bidets and kitchen, it seamlessly blends comfort with rustic charm. Enjoy the tranquility of nature from the spacious deck or explore nearby hiking trails and lake activities. The space Our 3 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom chalet at almost 2000 sq ft feels even more spacious. The high vaulted ceilings in the living room with beautiful wood finish and large, expansive glass windows is the focal point of the home. The home has been very tastefully remodeled with new wood floors, new bathrooms with electric bidets and lighted LED mirrors, brand new kitchen appliances. The main level has the living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a common full bathroom. Upstairs in the loft is the master bed with an attached bathroom. Note that access to the loft does not have a door. Downstairs is a large games room with a futon, pool table and TV. It also has access to the laundry area. The living room has a beautiful, brand new wood fireplace. Please do not use the fireplace with the heater on. The home is equipped with central heat and a swamp cooler. The lower level room has a space heater. Bedding configuration: 1) Upper level loft: One King Bed 2) Main level bedroom 1: One Queen Bed 3) Main level bedroom 2: One Queen Bed 4) Main level living room: One Sleeper Sofa 5) Lower level room: One futon Things to know: * Free high-speed WiFi * Home does not have a garage and has a steep (concrete) driveway. Driveway can fit up to 4 cars. * Washer and dryer available for guest use. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house. The home is part of the Pine Mountain Lake community, which is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $50 per vehicle (amount subject to change) guest permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance! Amenities that Pine Mountain Lake is known for: the lake and beaches, swimming and boating, golfing, horseback riding, a large pool, clubhouse and grill, tennis, pickleball, archery range, etc. Note that some of these facilities are seasonal and might have an additional fee associated with it. The lake is private, and only guests and owners can use the lake and its facilities. You may rent fishing, paddle, sailboats, kayaks, and paddleboards at the Marina by the hour or day. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends, so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August if you are interested in boating. Other things to note Cell phone reception may be spotty in the area, but the house does include high-speed internet. Please be sure to plan accordingly in case you find yourself in a dead zone. Pets are welcome in this home (maximum 2). Please read the "Additional Rules" section under house rules section for rules regarding pets. We do not maintain the propane for the BBQ. However we will gladly reimburse you the receipt for refill/exchange done from local market (MarVal is located right outside the community) The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the entirety of the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
