Located in Saint-Ferdinand in the MRC de l'Érable in Centre-du-Québec, our Scandinavian refuge welcomes you in the heart of a vast wooded terrain bordered by the Bécancour River. A unique place to enjoy the calm, the outdoors and modern comforts. After a day outdoors, enjoy the 4-season hot tub for a moment of absolute calm! The space Nestled on a private road, the property can accommodate up to 4 people and offers everything you need for a carefree stay. Two bedrooms with queen beds, including one on the mezzanine with river views. Full bathroom with glass shower, washer, dryer, towels and washcloths provided. Modern and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (4 capsules included), Bodum piston coffee machine, fondue pot and everything you need to cook. High-performance wood-burning stove, with wood and firelighter provided. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. Large terrace, outdoor fireplace and, in summer, heated in-ground pool (early June to mid-October) Guest access Full access to the chalet and private grounds. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive the entry code and a photo explaining access via the private road. Fish directly from the river (walleye, pike, bass) or go kayaking or paddleboarding. With a few paddles, you will reach Lake William, accessible directly from the bottom of the grounds. Want to cool off? Swim in the clear water of the river (water shoes recommended). *For motor boats, launch at the village marina. IN WINTER Explore our vast snowy terrain, on foot or snowshoeing (not included). Skiers can ski at Mont Adstock, 30 minutes from the chalet. Ice fishing and hiking trails at Manoir du Lac William, outdoor fire or relaxation by the wood stove… each season has its charm. **Parking during the winter** Use the 2nd courtyard entrance (the one where you will see decorative red skis).
