Tucked away in the heart of Mintaro in South Australia’s renowned Clare Valley wine region, our property offers a beautiful blend of history and luxury. It is a place for guests to retreat in complete peace and privacy. Surrounded by celebrated eateries and cellar doors, the property can accommodate three couples and is the perfect home base for those who wish to explore and indulge in all that the Clare Valley has to offer. The space The property comprises two separate, self-contained spaces that are joined by a shared courtyard. This configuration offers guests plenty of privacy and room to retreat, along with shared spaces to eat and enjoy each other's company. The Manse: Designed to accommodate two couples in complete comfort, The Manse comprises two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, luxurious linen and a smart TV. There are two bathrooms – both with walk-in rain showers and underfloor heating, while the larger of the two bathrooms features a cast iron clawfoot bath for those who enjoy a long, peaceful soak. Foodies will feel at home in the beautifully designed kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you might need to create delicious home-cooked meals. There will be plenty of opportunities to eat and spend time together in The Manse’s shared spaces, including the lounge, library and dining room. There is also an alfresco area with outdoor setting and BBQ. Alternatively, cosy up with a book in one of the window seats looking out onto the stunning cottage garden and the historic churches just beyond. For your convenience, there is a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. A space for remote work is available, along with wireless internet. The Cottage: Settle in for a cosy and comfortable stay in our semi-detached, self-contained cottage. Designed for total comfort and convenience, The Cottage can accommodate a couple or solo traveller and features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and beautiful soft linen, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower and underfloor heating, while there is a separate laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The spacious, open-plan living area and kitchen will make The Cottage feel like a home away from home. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and stovetop will make cooking and eating in a pleasure. There is a desk and wireless internet to accommodate remote work, should the need arise. Alternatively, set your laptop up in the private courtyard at the rear of the property where you can also enjoy a glass of local wine at the end of the day! Guest access Access to the property is via secure lockbox. You will receive a code and instructions via email prior to check-in. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the beautiful garden and outdoor spaces.
