Built in 1910, this dog-friendly retreat has been lovingly restored, blending original charm with cosy modern comforts. Styled with vintage wares and curated interiors, it offers a peaceful, romantic vibe. Soak in the serenity and mountain views from 2.5 acres of beachside beauty. The space Singline Cottage is one of the original homes in Falmouth and is named after the Singline family who lived in Falmouth and worked at the nearby historic Enstone Park homestead in the late 1800s. The cottage sleeps up to six guests and is dog and family friendly. There are three generously sized bedrooms, all with new beds and linen. The two front bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two king single beds and a workspace. After exploring all the wonderful attractions in the local region, rest and relax in front of the wood fire heater in the cosy lounge room stocked with books, card games and puzzles. There is also a heat pump/air conditioner for added comfort. The TV gets all the local channels and there is a Chromecast for casting programs from your phone or device to the TV. We also have free Wifi for you to use during your stay. The sunny kitchen overlooks the garden area, featuring a firepit and Weber BBQ. A selection of tea and coffee is supplied for your enjoyment, along with some basic pantry staples. The bathroom is next on our list to renovate but it is perfectly functional, with a step-in shower and vanity. Guest access You'll have access to the whole cottage and surrounding grounds during your stay. The property is on one hectare of land so there is plenty of space to roam, but only the front and back garden surrounding the cottage is fenced. There is a laundry room at the rear of the cottage with a washing machine and dryer. There are a couple of sheds on the property which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please be aware that the price per night adjusts when more than two guests are booked. This is to cover for the extra costs involved with having more guests stay. Please be mindful of this when you book and accurately book for the number of guests staying. If you intend to stay with your dog/s please add them to your booking request.
