Welcome, We offer for rent our studio of over 30 m2, 5 minutes from Puy Du Fou, completely independent and adjoining our house. A lockbox provides true independence. You will find two 140x190 beds. No surprises. The rate includes: - End of stay cleaning - Bed linen (beds made on arrival) - Linens Convenience store, snack bar, and bakery nearby ⚠️ No kitchen or dishes available except for breakfast 😉 The space Our studio consists of a living room of nearly 30 m² (323 sq. ft.) with a 140 cm (55 in.) bed and a sofa bed with a mattress. You will find a bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet, and a vanity unit with sink. An outdoor space facing west is reserved for you. You can set up the table and chairs to relax in the sun. The studio is equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave, but it does not have a kitchenette, so opt for meals that don't require dishes 😉 The bed(s) are ready upon your arrival. The second bed is only prepared for 3 or more guests, or on request and with a surcharge (€10) when booking for 2. In the accommodation you will find the following amenities: - a microwave - a mini refrigerator - a water boiler - Breakfast tableware (cups, glasses, spoons) - a large closet - Fan - Baby crib with sheet (on request and with a €5 surcharge) You have a reserved parking space in front of the studio 😉 Other things to note Following too many abuses by guests, any checkout after 10 a.m. without prior notice will be charged €15 per additional half hour.
