The Pool House

‘The Pool House’ is a stylish one-bedroom self contained cottage situated in peaceful North Bourke. The Pool House features a bedroom with a king bed, 2-seat sofa and writers desk. The open-plan living includes a modern kitchen fitted with all cooking appliances/utensils and 2-seater breakfast bar. The bathroom features marble tiles, spacious shower and built-in laundry. Outside you will find an 8 seat alfresco dining table, BBQ, swimming pool and spa. The space The ‘Pool House’ is located approximately 7km from the main township of Bourke on a small acreage property. Please note that the host residence is located nearby. We have animals which include dogs, chooks, ducks and guinea fowl. The small village of North Bourke is located 2km away and features a playground, takeaway store, cricket oval and the Northy Hotel which is open 7-days and offers lunch and dinner. Guest access This is a shared space where we live with our children and pets, as well as operate a small business. You are able to access all facilities within the ‘Pool House’ and have shared access to the outdoor alfresco area, garden and pool. The main residence is located approximately 50m away from the ‘Pool House’ and is private. Registration Details Exempt
