The space This is a spacious family home in a quiet neighborhood. Three large children's bedrooms, one master bedroom and one bedroom downstairs. Two bathrooms plus one guest toilet. Large garden with many opportunities for children, play and barbecue outdoors. Chickens behind the house, opportunities to pick up eggs and food if desired. Located in a rural area. Large parking. Some children's bicycles available. Nearest beach 1 km walking distance. Approx. 2 km to larger beach, Sande beach, approx. 4 km to Viste beach. Approx. 5 km to Tungenes lighthouse. Approx. 20 min drive to Sola beach and airport. 15 min drive to Stavanger. Great starting point for holidays in the region with visits to Prekestolen, Kjerag and Kongeparken. A studio in the garage is permanently rented to a resident. Guest access The whole house is available except for three rooms that are locked for storage of private belongings. The garage is not available for use. The house is for rent for a minimum of 5 days. Other things to note Can be adjusted for step-free access to the ground floor. There is approx. 10-15 cm edge at the guest entrance which is a double door. Gravel can be placed here so that a wheelchair can enter. Note: minimum five days rental.
