Unwind and rest easy in your own private guesthouse. Located on 5 acres approximately 10 minutes from central Mosier and 20 minutes from Hood River. Close enough to enjoy all the gorge has to offer and perfect for folks who prefer the peace of a quiet, rural setting. The space Our cozy guesthouse studio is the perfect getaway for one or two. Private and secluded, the unit is located 200 feet from the main house with its own driveway and ample parking, and a scenic view of trees from the main living areas. Smart TV swivels for bed or couch viewing. Crack the windows at night to listen to the local owls and a symphony of tree frogs during the warmer months! Bring slippers or cozy socks - we ask that you take your shoes off inside. There is covered outdoor seating for dining, enjoying a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee. Feel free to walk the 5 acre property to enjoy the flora and fauna. Attached shed space is provided to store your bikes or other toys. Linens are quality- no scratchy sheets here! All washed with hypoallergenic unscented detergent. The space is not suitable for children or pets (including ESA.) Max occupancy is 2. These policies are non-negotiable. I have family that is highly allergic and stays in the guesthouse so a service animal disclosure is appreciated so that I can deep clean accordingly. Absolutely NO smoking. Wild fire season is no joke around here. Bugs are a part of rural life. The guesthouse is always freshly cleaned but you may have a guest or two. Guest access You'll have complete access to the unit and attached shed. Other things to note Once the market right off the Mosier exit closes (mon-sat at 7, 6 on sun) the closest rations will be either in The Dalles or Hood River which is a 15 or 20 min drive so if you are the type who likes to hunker down without an evening supply run, plan accordingly. :) I will have local tea and coffee stocked as well as raw sugar, Mini Moos and Coconut Cloud creamer. There are 2 trail cams on the property. Neither are near or facing the guesthouse, we like seeing the critters that visit!
